We are appointed by clients in discrete roles — as consultants or managing agents — or across multiple stages of a project where appropriate. Our work is shaped by a detailed understanding of dutyholder responsibilities under the Building Safety Act and associated regulations.

Consultancy & Advisory
We provide building safety, regulatory and delivery advice, including Gateway submissions, Golden Thread strategies and Building Safety Advisor roles for Higher-Risk Buildings.
Project Management & Delivery
We manage and deliver remedial, retrofit and façade works, coordinating teams and programmes to achieve safe, compliant and regulator-ready outcomes.
Development & Long-Term Ownership
Alongside client work, we develop and retain residential assets, bringing direct experience of long-term compliance, safety and operational performance.
Management in Occupation
We act as managing agents for residential buildings in occupation, focusing on ongoing compliance, remediation management and long-term risk control.
Retrofit Coordination & PAS 2035 Advisory
Our PAS 2035-aligned services include:
- Retrofit Coordinator support across domestic schemes (SHDF, ECO4, MEES enforcement)
- Risk Pathway assessment and Whole-Dwelling Retrofit Plans
- Coordination of PAS 2030 installers and TrustMark-registered delivery partners
- Monitoring and verification of post-installation outcomes
- Statutory alignment with Part L, Part F and the Building Safety Act interface where relevant
- Resident engagement and consent strategies tailored to social housing and leasehold contexts
Retrofit Project Management
Independent project oversight from specification through to sign-off:
- Procurement of competent delivery teams
- Retrofit Risk Management Strategy (RRMS) and mitigation plans
- Design stage oversight (PAS 2035 Designers) and installer liaison
