Consultancy Projects

We are recognised as a leading Building Safety Advisory, Project Management and Consultancy practice, operating at the forefront of regulatory change and the practical delivery of safer residential buildings.

Our work spans consultancy, project management and hands-on delivery, with a particular focus on Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs), remediation and recladding programmes, and complex retrofit schemes.

Our consultancy and delivery work includes:

  • Leading Gateway submissions and Golden Thread strategies under the Building Safety Act, providing clear regulatory pathways from design through to occupation.
  • Project managing and delivering façade remediation and recladding works, including fire safety-critical interventions, compliance coordination and contractor oversight.
  • Managing remedial works programmes arising from fire risk assessments, structural reviews and regulatory enforcement, from scoping and procurement through to completion.
  • Delivering retrofit and refurbishment projects, balancing fire safety, structural integrity and energy performance requirements.
  • Providing end-to-end project management, ensuring complex schemes remain programme-driven, cost-controlled and regulator-ready.
  • Acting as Building Safety Advisors, supporting dutyholders, developers and asset owners in meeting their statutory obligations under the most demanding regulatory regime in the UK.

We take a disciplined, safety-led approach to development, informed by our direct experience as Building Safety Advisors, project managers and managing agents. This ensures our schemes are designed, delivered and operatedwith long-term compliance, quality and resident safety at their core.

Our development activity includes:
